Your Caribbean pirate adventure begins with pick-up from your Punta Cana or La Romana resort to the marina where the pirate scallywags will be waiting for you to board the Hispaniola, their Spanish-style galleon. Once the ship begins its cruise on the turquoise sea, you’ll become one of the crew’s new recruits by training to become a true pirate embarking on a treasure hunt.
Additionally, you’ll receive instructions on how to use your snorkeling gear, as the first stop along your treasure map hunt will be in an unspoiled coral reef. Jump into the crystal-clear water for an unforgettable snorkeling experience as you admire spectacular views of vividly colorful fish and impressive coral formations.
Swim with sharks and stingrays before the final pirate battle
Get back aboard the Hispaniola galleon after your inspiring time snorkeling, and refresh with non-alcoholic drinks and fresh fruit as you head toward the impressive Shark Island. As the name suggests, this place is full of sharks — luckily for you, they’re harmless nurse sharks who will love to swim with you. Friendly, barbless stingrays will also be part of your swimming encounter to add on to your adventure.
When you board the galleon again, don’t be surprised if you find yourself surrounded by rogue pirates! But this is where the pirate fun culminates with an exciting battle to see who will be the victor and absolute ruler of the Hispaniola!
