San Jose is known for its Art-walk and art galleries all over the world, with famous Mexican and international artists often displaying their work. Get acquainted with the town’s history with a visit to a Jesuit mission built in 1730 and then enjoy a fun beer tasting with a delicious slice of gourmet pizza. You will learn the process from bean to bar and taste the best chocolate in Cabo! There are a couple of other fun experiences as well!

Welcome to our Art and Beer excursion!
Hop onboard a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle and meet your guide for this eclectic experience in San Jose del Cabo. Your adventure begins with a not-so-typical demonstration of the pearl cultivation process in a local jewelry store.

Next, a fun stop to taste a few of the local beers and match them up with a couple of slices of pizza! Nothing really to do with the ancient history of the area – but it sure tastes good! Don’t worry; there are non-alcoholic beverages for those not quite of age!

Stroll down the Art Walk District and visit well-known galleries like Corsica, Ivan Guaderrama, and the La Sacristia Gallery, then you’ll step back in time as you get acquainted with the history of San Jose del Cabo visiting the Jesuit Mission built in the year 1730. You will have some free time to explore on your own. You can hunt for souvenirs and/or grab dinner to complete a nice “painting” of your visit San Jose del Cabo.

Did you know that chocolate was born in Mexico? Chocolate’s 4,000-year history began in ancient Mesoamerica – present-day Mexico. Your tour will make a short stop to learn how, first the Olmecs, then Mayas, and then later discovered and developed cacao plant. These cultures used this special elixir during rituals, for medicinal purposes and the beverage was considered the drink of the gods. Finally, you will taste some delicious chocolate presentations such dark chocolate (70% cocoa), milk chocolate and white chocolate and coffee bees covered with dark chocolate.
